Cancellation Policy

Plans change — especially in the mountains. Here's how cancellations and reschedules work for packages and hotels.
Tour packages
15+ days before departure: 90% refund (10% processing fee).
7–14 days: 50% refund.
3–6 days: 25% refund.
Under 3 days or no-show: no refund.
Weather/road closures: reschedule at no extra cost or credit note valid 12 months.
Hotels
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for standard rates.
Non-refundable rates: no cancellation refund (clearly marked at booking).
Pay-at-hotel bookings: cancel via dashboard or WhatsApp before 2 PM on check-in day.
How to cancel
Log in → Dashboard → My Bookings → Cancel booking.
Or email support@hiddenleaves.demo with your booking ID.
Refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
