Hidden Leaves arranges tour packages, hotel bookings, and activities in Himachal Pradesh through licensed partners.

This demo deployment simulates payments. In production, confirmed bookings constitute a binding contract subject to availability.

Prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

You must provide accurate guest details. Hidden Leaves reserves the right to cancel bookings with incorrect information.

Prices are calculated server-side from our catalog — client-side price tampering is rejected.

Booking confirmations are sent to your registered email. Keep your booking ID for support.

Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking.

Demo mode: no real charges are processed.

Production: full payment or deposit as specified at checkout. Pay-at-hotel options apply only where marked.

Mountain travel involves weather, road closures, landslides, and altitude risks. We advise honestly but cannot guarantee road access.

Hidden Leaves is not liable for delays caused by government restrictions, natural disasters, or third-party operator failures beyond our reasonable control.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for high-altitude and winter itineraries.

Do not post false reviews, attempt to access other users' data, or probe our APIs for vulnerabilities.

Accounts engaging in fraud or abuse may be suspended. Admins may moderate or remove content.

All site content, logos, and itineraries are owned by Hidden Leaves or licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Governing law: India. Courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

We encourage resolving disputes via our Grievance Officer before legal action.
