Booked the ShimlaβManali package. Our driver Rakesh took the Jalori Pass route and saved us nearly two hours. Hotel in Old Manali was exactly as shown β heated rooms, hot water sorted.

Kheerganga trek package included a local guide who pointed out edible plants and told stories about the valley. Camping gear was clean. Would book again for Triund.

Travelled with parents (65+) and two kids. Hidden Leaves suggested Khajjiar instead of a long Spiti drive β smart call. Car had proper child seats on request.

Spiti expedition is not a holiday β it's an adventure. Hidden Leaves warned us about altitude and road conditions honestly. Acclimatisation day in Kaza helped. Carry cash β ATMs are sparse.

Stayed at Johnson Lodge through Hidden Leaves. Room 204 has the best mountain view. Trout on the menu is fresh. Only minus: WiFi drops after 10pm β but you're in Manali, who cares?
