Refund Policy

Refunds follow our Cancellation Policy. Partial services consumed (e.g. completed trek days) are non-refundable.

UPI/wallet: 3–5 business days.

Cards/net banking: 7–10 business days (bank-dependent).

Credit notes: issued same day; redeemable on future bookings.

GST collected is reversed proportionally on eligible refunds. Revised tax invoices are issued where required.
